Customer service is a concept that I feels ever so quickly falling into this dark abyss. I hate bad customer service so much ( like, with a passion… like, I will take the time out of my day to ask to speak to a manager) that when I finally run across good service I’m so elated that I find safety and shelter for my hard earned pennies there.
The first thing that hit me was Kylee’s ridiculously sweet service. So back up, the way Zyia Active works is they are actually a fairly huge company ( I didn’t realize how big they are and how their ‘system’ operates) and have tons of representatives that sell their clothing on their behalf. Very similar to Mary Kay, Avon, Discovery Kids Toys ( if that’ still a thing anymore? I remember my mom sold those super cool kids toys for a moment. That was short lived though haha..) etc. Kyless was the first rep that reached out to me and offered a collaboration! She gave me options as to what I would possibly want to receive and I chose a few favorites. I was sooo happyyy to have received my favorite of all the choices which was this beautiful olive green set. I can’t remember the name of the set off hand but you can see me in it here.
I was so blown away by the speed of delivery and the presentation when unwrapping and personal note that by the time I actually go to the product i was already in a great mood. And that makes a difference! It’s like from A to Z they ( Kylee) ensured that she set up a successful experience for me regardless of my distance form her. If she was a sales rep in a store she would be the highest seller no doubt about it. Anyway, as I get off topic per usual, I tried the set on immediately (because why not) and that sealed the deal. The fit was excellent. Quality all the way through and through. It’s an [actual] high waist set and really does sit and STAY on your waist. It feels like spank.. like, it smooths everyythinggg out regardless of the color. I felt like even if I was little heavier the backs of my thighs would still appear silky smooth, tight and right if you know what I mean!
The detail in the ventilated lower part of the leggings is a nice touch and I love the zip up back part of the sports bra. They even added a very mini flap at the top of the zipper to cover it up once you zip it up. So everything is sturdy but you have that invisible zipper there! Niceee Ziya…
Since then Kylee has kept in contact with me but DEFINITELY has not been overbearing at ALL which is a seriously huge plus in my book because I absolutely hate been harassed by solicitors or sales reps. that’s the fasteest way to make me head for the hills of block any menas of contacting me. But in a way Ky;lee makes me feel ike a friend that she just says hey to here and there! She even supports me and likes my photos or sends sweet comments. We even partnered together for a giveaway this month which turned out extremely successful for the both of us! #teamwork.
