GLOW Pilates

This fun & energetic pilates class will have you feeling longer, leaner and stronger than ever! A low impact, high intensity, modernized class centered around traditional Pilates moves will bring you the ultimate body burn. You’ll utilize light weights, ankle/arm bands and a Pilates ball paired with careful attention to form and technique. Designed to meticulously sculpt and tone the entire body, you’ll enjoy a deep muscular burn with minimal impact on the joints.

The Salted Yoga Sequence

This all-levels yoga class is our flagship class! Designed to allow you to explore the fundamental principals and postures of vinyasa yoga, you can rest assured that the sequence in this class will never stray from the fundamentals. Great for those that prefer familiarity. Experience liberation and be ready to take a water break and allow your inner child to play halfway through class! Most importantly, trust that you are ready right now, and we are excited for you to come as you are.

Yoga Sculpt

Ready to turn it up a bit? Our Yoga Sculpt is where yoga, cardio and strength moves meet and fall in love. We’ll utilize light weights and breath-to-movement flows ( oh, and good music with an irresistible beat) to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. No experience is needed for this all-levels class and you always have the option to release your weights! Let’s have some FUN!

Restore (coming soon)

Sometimes we need to force ourselves to slow down. Turn our phone over. Breathe. And ground down. In that case, our Restore class is just what you need. This restorative/slow vinyasa blend incorporates breath work and faith-based meditation to create space for you disconnect in order to reconnect. Slow, intentional movements with slightly longer holds leave you feeling empowered, grounded, and recharged. It’s time to fill your cup, love.

Dynamic Flow (coming soon)

Our Dynamic Flow is a power vinyasa yoga class designed to hold space for you to move, discover, release and flow on your mat! Delve into what feels good for your body through a thoughtful and creatively designed yoga sequence that will increase your mobility, flexibility, and build intrinsic, functional strength. No class is the same for those that want to learn new poses and play with new transitions! Modifications for new yogis will always be offered, so don’t be intimidated by any means and get ready to have fun!

COMMUNITY CLASSES

Community classes are complimentary, donation-based classes open to everyone on a monthly basis. No payment is required, but feel free to sprinkle your teacher with a love donation should you feel moved to! If you are a small, local, business owner interested in hosting a community class for your clients at your space!
